Calimacil Warranty

Calimacil weapons are covered by a limited warranty of hundred twenty (120) days from purchase’s date. Provided that Calimacil Inc. recognizes the product as defective, it will be, upon proof of purchase and at the sole option of Calimacil Inc., repaired or replaced by a reconditioned or new product of the same type. Shipping and handling costs will be assumed by consumer.

The present warranty does not cover the fair wear and tear of the product or the normal deterioration of the materials occurring during fights. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by excessive or improper use of the product, or any use contrary to its original purpose. Do not use damaged product.

The paint is not covered by warranty.

A broken inner rod is not covered by warranty.

Calimacil weapons are intended for a public of more than 14 years Calimacil weapons Calimacil Inc. is not liable for any type of damage or injury resulting from the use of this product. The user bears all responsibility and must take every safety measure necessary to the appropriate use of the product.

Calimacil weapons use for commercial purpose is not guaranteed (Renting for example). Weapons used for commercial uses are NOT guaranteed (By commercial uses Calimacil refers to any organization that makes an intensive use of the product. Ex.: summer camps, schools, etc…)

User guide and limitations:

· Hold the handle and hit with the blade with retained strokes.

· Avoid using the weapon as a walking stick.

· The hybrid core is two times more rigid than a standard composite core. Avoid bending it like a bow otherwise micro cracks can be generated and make the weapon fragile

· Avoid hitting against the objects last, cutting, or massive ex: wall of concrete, rock, sharp blade, tree, armoured vehicle.

· Avoid hitting heads and faces.

· Do not put the weapon in fire.

· Do not repair the blade with hard glues.
